Description
The Leaders’ Professional Workshop is a seven-day summer training for practicing school principals. Practical, real-world, and no unnecessary detours. We break down conflict resolution and leadership communication, try out coaching-based leadership techniques, and focus on how to maintain sanity amidst change. Every day brings something immediately useful. No empty talk—just focus, humor, and professional recharge.
Leading an educational institution in 2026? It’s like juggling a Rubik’s cube—expectations from above, expectations from below, all while maintaining calm, control, and a sense of humor. The Leaders’ Professional Workshop is a seven-days summer training designed for experienced school leaders—real leaders, dealing with real situations.
This is not a series of lectures where you jot down clever quotes about change management. It’s a dynamic, interactive workshop where we tackle typical (and typically exhausting) leadership scenarios. We start from real school experiences—not Harvard case studies. You’ll work through situations, sharpen your conflict resolution skills, explore the practical side of coaching-based leadership, and learn how to give feedback that doesn’t get lost in misunderstandings or resistance.
Expect small-group work, structured discussions, role-playing, and action-based learning—with something useful every single day. No forced personal sharing, no psychodrama—just pace, humor, and plenty of „aha” moments.
Aims and objectives
This course is designed for leaders who have sat through dozens of trainings but struggled to apply them.
The goal is not to expand your glossary—but to reflect, practice, and reframe through your own leadership experiences.
By the end, participants will:
- Identify roadblocks in their leadership toolbox and gain fresh techniques to resolve them.
- Take home fast, effective strategies: 7 days = 7+1 new leadership reflexes or routines that you won’t need to postpone anymore.
- Collaborate with leaders who navigate the same system and understand the same challenges.
- Recharge and reflect on leadership—without turning the experience into therapyIt’s okay if you’re not the most open sharer—that’s not the requirement here. You can start as an observer and grow more engaged along the way. The pace is leader-friendly, the material is instantly adaptable, and the experience won’t be „just another training.”
Learning outcomes
By the end of the training, participants will:
✅ Confidently apply at least three new conflict resolution techniques—especially in situations involving colleagues and parents.
✅ Be able to adjust leadership strategies based on context, rather than relying on a single style.
✅ Understand and practice the basics of coaching-based leadership in real conversations.
✅ Master quick interventions with lasting impact—to save energy in everyday leadership challenges.
✅ Build a custom, instantly usable „leadership reset kit”—to regain focus when the academic year’s chaos threatens to pull them off track.
And perhaps most importantly—they won’t feel alone.
