This course supports teachers in embedding sustainability across VET subjects. Participants will co-create lesson plans, develop materials, and exchange best practices for preparing students to work in environmentally responsible industries.
Description:
Successful dual education relies on strong collaboration between schools and industry partners. This training provides educators with tools to design and maintain partnerships that benefit both students and employers. Participants will explore models of apprenticeship, co-created curricula, and quality assurance practices that ensure students gain real-world competences while meeting company expectations.
Aims and objectives:
– Build sustainable cooperation between VET schools and enterprises
– Explore partnership models for dual education and apprenticeships
– Align vocational curricula with current labour market demands
– Strengthen communication and coordination between teachers, mentors, and industry representatives

Learning outcomes:
- Develop effective partnership agreements with companies
- Integrate workplace requirements into VET curricula
- Apply best practices from European dual education systems
- Support students’ smooth transition from school to employment through industry collaboration

Minimum level of language: English, B1/B1+
