More and more young entrepreneurs are reshaping the economy of the future. This course helps teachers to become catalysts themselves: they receive tools and methods to inspire their students to bring out their creative and innovative side. Participants teaching in vocational education will learn how to support young people in developing 21st-century skills – such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration. Through interactive and hands-on activities, teachers will master techniques to create a motivating, experimental environment. In this way, students become not only learners but also the creative entrepreneurial leaders of the future, ready to implement their own ideas
Description
This course is specifically designed for teachers in vocational education, giving them a deeper understanding and practical methods for teaching an entrepreneurial mindset. Its aim is to enable educators to effectively encourage students to discover their creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial potential and to confidently put their own ideas into practice.
During the training, participants will acquire techniques for teaching 21st-century skills, including methods to develop critical thinking, collaboration, problem-solving, and independent decision-making. The course not only prepares students to successfully adapt to the rapidly changing demands of the labour market but also helps them build an independent, proactive, and creative mindset
Aims and objectives
- To strengthen teachers’ ability to foster entrepreneurial thinking and 21st-century competences.
- To integrate creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving into teaching.
- To apply project-based learning methods.
- To introduce digital literacy, sustainability, and social responsibility into vocational education
Learning outcomes
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Encourage entrepreneurial mindset: Support students in developing their own ideas, taking risks, and coming up with creative solutions.
- Develop 21st-century skills: Apply methods to enhance critical thinking, problem-solving, digital literacy, and teamwork.
- Build confidence and independence: Create an environment where students think autonomously, act responsibly, and make decisions with confidence.
- Use project-based learning: Integrate real-life challenges into the classroom, enabling students to practice practical skills.
- Promote sustainability and social responsibility: Integrate these principles into teaching practices.
- Apply digital tools and innovative pedagogy: Make learning engaging and effective through modern teaching technologies

Target groups:
- Teachers working in public or private vocational schools
Minimum level of language: English, B1/B2
Location: Budapest (Hungary)
Duration of training: 25 lessons, 5 days

Applicable funds: As part of the Erasmus+ Key Action 1 (KA1), all costs for mobility /travel expenses, course fees, accommodation, subsistence fee/ are covered by the fund.
