The three-year international QuILL (Quality in Language Learning) project was completed at the beginning of 2023, the focus of which is quality language learning, digital technical language teaching materials and the related modern methodology supporting autonomous, self-regulated learning. His most recent publications are carried out with the support of the Gáspár Reformed University of Károli within the framework of the Language competences in space and time (2022-2024) project.
The research analyzes the database created from the answers of the participants of the Simonyi competition in a fill-in-the-blank manner, with interdisciplinary tools, from several fields of science — coaching, psychology, pedagogy, linguistics, economic and social directions, with the involvement of Dutch partner institutions.
Along with the lifelong development of his professional knowledge, his passion for working with people is equally important. In many different environments, his students often shared with him the deep, inner details of their lives. These experiences gradually opened his eyes to the natural inner need to be noticed as whole people and individuals during our studies. As a result of this exciting discovery, he found that focusing on a student’s interests, goals, strengths, and weaknesses is vital to sustaining long-term motivation and effective learning.
Its goal is to create a “learning oasis” for its students and together with them, in which efficient and lasting development takes place.
