This course supports adult education professionals in building effective partnerships between educational institutions and companies. The focus is on communication, mediation and cooperation models that help organisations align learning objectives with real-world needs while maintaining their institutional mission.

Successful cooperation between educational institutions and companies is not primarily a structural or legal issue – it is a communication and mediation challenge.
This training focuses on how adult education organisations can initiate, develop and sustain meaningful partnerships with companies and external stakeholders. Participants will explore cooperation models, communication strategies and mediation tools that support mutual understanding, clarify expectations and create long-term collaboration frameworks.
Special attention is given to:
- managing different organisational cultures,
- negotiating roles and responsibilities,
- aligning learning goals with organisational and labour market expectations without turning the programme into vocational training.
The course is designed for adult education contexts, where flexibility, dialogue and stakeholder engagement are key.

- Strengthen cooperation between adult education institutions and companies
- Develop communication and mediation skills for partnership-building
- Explore cooperation models applicable in adult learning contexts
- Improve stakeholder dialogue between educators, organisational leaders and company representatives
- Support sustainable, trust-based collaboration beyond formal agreements
