Description:
This course is designed to empower teachers to create more inclusive classrooms where every learner feels respected, valued, and supported. Focusing on practical implementation, it provides participants with concrete tools, adaptable methods, and evidence-based strategies to support students with diverse learning needs. The training promotes a shift in mindset from integration to true inclusion and encourages reflection, collaboration, and innovation.

Day 1: Monday –Understanding Bullying in the School Context
- Introduction to inclusive education; diversity in classrooms; school presentations
Day 2: Tuesday
- Understanding special needs and learning difficulties (SEN); inclusive mindset
Day 3: Wednesday–School-Family Cooperation
- Practical classroom tools and differentiation strategies; role-play and group work
Day 4: Thursday
- Creating inclusive lesson plans; supporting emotional and social development; study visit to an inclusive school or NGO
Day 5. Friday
- Whole-school approaches; participants’ presentations of action plans; feedback and reflection
- Evaluation and feedback of the course
