A school project starts with a dream and ambition: „Wouldn’t it be great if our school had something like this?” or „I can do this better than it was done before.” It promises excitement and success, aiming to improve everyday experiences—whether it’s a themed week, subject-based competitions, commemorative events, prom ceremonies, Erasmus projects, eco-camps, or sports days.
During this training, you will learn organizational and communication techniques that:

Description
This 7-day training provides the key to successfully implementing school projects. Participants will learn the fundamentals of project management, how to engage stakeholders, handle feedback, and ensure that projects do not become sources of stress. With practical, immediately applicable solutions, personalized attention, and a supportive learning atmosphere, participants will return to their daily work with increased confidence.
During the training, you will acquire a framework that ensures smooth project execution from preparation to completion. We will cover essential steps in project initiation, planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. You will gain tools to make your projects more transparent and functional, whether organizing a school event or an academic competition.
The program takes place in a small-group format, fostering a supportive and attentive environment. The focus is on practical solutions, ensuring that you can design a project in a way that:

Aims and objectives
The training aims to equip participants with the knowledge and tools to manage school projects more efficiently and effortlessly. The program helps participants gain an overview of the entire project process, identify critical and planning points that could lead to conflicts if not addressed early on.
Beyond technical skills, the course enhances participants’ confidence and leadership abilities, enabling them to lead school projects with enthusiasm and assurance.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the course, participants will be able to independently design and execute school projects while applying project management tools. They will learn to identify and involve stakeholders at every project stage, handle negative criticism constructively, and integrate positive feedback into their work. Effective teamwork and successful project completion will bring not only professional success but also personal fulfillment.

Day 1: Sunday: Arrival, introduction of the course and the location, introduction of the participants
Registration during the day
14.30 – 15.00: Familiarisation with the site, health and safety briefing
15.00 – 17.30: Introduction of the course and trainer, introduction of the participants – 5 minutes for each participant to introduce themselves and their institution and the objectives they wish to achieve by completing the course
18.00 – 19.30: Informal get-together with the course participants over dinner.
Day 2: Monday –Introduction to the Project Mindset
- Understand what a project is and why a project mindset is essential
- Recognize the difference between routine work and project work
- Develop awareness of the project lifecycle
Day 3: Tuesday –Project Initiation and Goal Setting
- SMART goals and expected outcomes
- Stakeholder identification and analysis
- Defining project scope and success criteria
- Writing a project concept note
Day 4: Wednesday–Project Planning and Structuring
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Project scheduling and timeline creation
- Roles and responsibilities in project teams
- Resource planning (time, people, materials)
- Team role assignment exercise
Day 5: Thursday – Project Implementation and Team Collaboration
- Project leadership and teamwork
- Communication strategies in projects

Day 6. Friday –Monitoring, Evaluation, and Risk Management
