In this course participants will learn the basic skills, tools, roles, and responsibilities beyond teaching for training, mentoring, facilitating, consulting, and coaching. From creating an offer to an application in the classroom, we will explore a wide range of possibilities to make the best use of an extended professional repertoire, including presentation, meeting and negotiation skills.
Our work will include lively discussion, experimentation with the various roles in an assortment of scenarios, business implications and career advice.
The daily routine will include a comprehensive overview of themes of the day and practical application of acquired ideas using videos, articles, demonstrations, collaborative peer activities, small group activities, as well as goal-focused mini projects aimed at capturing the most crucial takeaways from the learning experience.
