In this course participants will learn the basic skills, tools, roles, and responsibilities beyond teaching for training, mentoring, facilitating, consulting, and coaching. From creating an offer to an application in the classroom, we will explore a wide range of possibilities to make the best use of an extended professional repertoire, including presentation, meeting and negotiation skills.
Our work will include lively discussion, experimentation with the various roles in an assortment of scenarios, business implications and career advice.
The daily routine will include a comprehensive overview of themes of the day and practical application of acquired ideas using videos, articles, demonstrations, collaborative peer activities, small group activities, as well as goal-focused mini projects aimed at capturing the most crucial takeaways from the learning experience.

Aims and objectives:
- To familiarize participants with varied professional roles: Participants will gain an understanding of distinct roles to extend their professional repertoire.
- To strengthen participant presence and effectiveness: Attendees will identify and implement specific strategies to go beyond teaching, enhancing their effectiveness when working with diverse learner sets.
- To develop business communication skills: Participants will learn how to assemble business proposals, engage with stakeholders, and establish an external business presence beyond traditional educational contexts.
- To foster comfortable transitions: Attendees will devise strategies to smoothly transition into new professional areas while leveraging their existing competencies.
- To cultivate transferable skillsets: The course will facilitate the acquisition of skills necessary for building successful careers in various environments.
- To provide tailored insights for organizational and freelance paths: Whether participants seek growth within organizational structures or aim for freelancing, the course will equip them with adaptable tools and insights.

Learning outcomes:
